Packaging

MCTec supplies its wide range of coated wire on spools and in cut lengths.

When supplied in cut lengths, we package wires or tubes in solidly to prevent damage in transit. Our packaging ensures that our products reach you in the same condition as it leaves our factory.

When supplied in spools, we cover the spool with plastic wrap foil and pack it in double-wave cardboard.

Labelling

Each spool has an individual label, lot number and test report. The label information typically includes production code, which contains coating type, alloy type, wire diameter and coating and can be adjusted to customer's request.

Spool types

Wire is supplied on DIN 160, DIN 250, DIN 355 or Crellin spools, depending on your request. For the exact sizes of the spools we can supply, please see the enclosed table.
